Simply based on my experience. Very little hands on training. Most training is webinars or sales meetings. No field training (shadowing an experienced rep).
Be experienced in healthcare IT sales. Training is just shy of self learn, with major expectations to succeed. Culture is fragmented and siloed. Hard to form teams.

I can't really say too much bad about McKesson. I really love the company. I've been with the company for 2 years and plan on staying for long time. If I was to look for another job, it would be within the company.
You need to be an extrovert and work long hours.
