One minute it is one thing the next it is the exact opposite! Do women even really know what they are feeling?

I think Women have a much better idea of what they're feeling than what Men are feeling.  Actually, I think women are more emotionally rational, if that's a term you'll allow me to use.  Women are much clearer about how they feel than men are sometimes.  Men can to deflect questions, conceal truths, act irritated without providing any reason, and be very abrasive.

Damn straight we're emotional!.  You probably aren't treating your woman well and she is reacting to you with what appear to be "mood swings".  I'm sure she knows what she's feeling....she is just pissed at you!  Idiot!

Quote From As Good As it Gets

Receptionist: How do you write women so well?

Melvin Udall: I think of a man, and I take away reason and accountability.

If she or he is a secure and independent person, I do believe they know want they want.  When you are dealing with an insecure, co-dependent, needy character there is a great chance they don't know what they want or need.  Having said this, your question applies to both males and females....I don't believe you can draw a line saying it one sex vs. another.  I have met many men who have no clue what they want, let alone make a simple decision (same goes for some women).  Quick question.....aren't we in network community, building relationships, sharing job related information, why are you here?  Or have I been mistaken and in the wrong networking community?

That is so true Shellie.  Men are just as fickle and ruled by their emotions as women are....I think the only difference is that less of them are conscious of it!  When I meet men that are open with their feelings I'm so clear they are just as emotional and at times irrational as women.  Maybe its the human condition?
