I went to a job fair today and was once again not very impressed. Is the job fair a dated concept with so many jobs readily available to apply with online? I have always liked the idea of job fairs, getting to go first hand and talk with possible employers. Though it seems most employers are less than enthusiastic about them.

Job Fairs are outdated!!!!! Check out ConnectingTree. They offer a Sales Interview Conference. It is amazing and I was able to find a job immediately through them!
