 Recently I have joined Toastmasters. I the past couple of  months I have noticed marked improvements in my ability to communicate in a more colorful pattern.  I have found I use filler words much less,such as ah um,repaced with however or go right into a more descriptive definition of what is needed to be articulate.

  Our profession ,surrounded by change almost ona daily  basis told me I needed to find another niche to add to my presentation.Learning to speak whether it be small group,large group or one on one. Eveyrbody has some fear of public speaking. This has forced me to face my fear  however small it was towards public speaking.This has allowed me to communicate  on a different plateau then I ever had conceieved I could or would.

 What a nice ride to date.

 Well I finally joined.Which has allowed me to not only watch listen and learn but to be more involved. I  surprised myself and won for the best speech of the night.
