Are you happy to be where you are at this time of your life? What do you want out of what you are currently involved with hwere you are employeed?

What do you do in order to become better prepared at what you do?Do you share  and happy to share your ideas and wealth of information with your co-workers?

I am here to learn and help others in search of information. With everyone having a common goal we should be able to help one another grow in our professional and personal lives.

I am extremely happy  where I am today. The atmosphere where I am is wonderful. We have many who are great co-workers that work together nicely. Those who want more informationa n share information with one another in order to get the job done well. The employer is a fantastic person who we have the idea of working with instead of working for ,together is always a better idea. We have the freedom to make choices ,often times emploers refuse to empower the employees to make decisions involving the price, products and how to deal individually with clients. Our employer allows us those freedoms along with the  freedom to express our concerns without holding a grudge on how we feel. We work together to solve problems within the organization to reach a common gaol of being a successful company based on values and principle.

The grass is not greener is our approach  as we try to find ways to make things work  as a fine oiled machine to rweach the goal, set forth by all of us. The greatest asset would be the willingness of others to be able to grow with one another.

Exactly!  Comraderie is always better than competition!  When you share information and work as a team, much more can be accomplished then if you are always tring to go it alone.  Unfortunately I am in a position where my coworkers and I are a bit isolated.  I wish things would change at my office, but I don't know how to go about it.  Maybe it's time to look for a different position....

Any ideas?

Blazer do you have weekly ,monthly meetings at your company? At one of the meetings ask if there are those who would like to meet for a weekly round table discussion.Where  the staff can talk freely and discuss what each of them has been invovled with  in the last week month etc. Key to this wil be no one from management can be there, this will allow freedom to speak  and it stays in the round table.

I did this with our company a couple of years ago . we started out with only 1 other interested. That is a start and good enough to start. As time has passed we now have 3 interested out of 6. It  is the three of us that control  the majority of the sold calls. We also  run 1,2,3 in monthly gross for our company.

Great ideas have passed through each of us.We learn from one another.
