Placid Recruiters - What do you do with them?

Posted about 1 month ago I am a seasoned loan, mortgage and inside sales person. For the life of me, I don't know why I even bothered sending in my resume to any of the four Employment Recruiters. Isn't the whole idea that they "help" you, perhaps guide you? I am not impressed, I think there is alot of work to be done in this area of employment. I do not know how they are paid for their efforts, but I can see why the ones I am involved in are not doing so well. What's the story here? Any thoughts? Anyone? |

| Posted about 1 month ago they are like anyone else - there are one's who are amazing and one's how suck.....Most of the ones worth their weight work w/ in defined industries - I have found. Maybe that can help you. |
