What do people think of Bluetooth headsets? What is your favorite model? Do they increase your efficiency? Do you like the way they look? Discuss.

I still use a wired earpiece, but the Bluetooth seems neat. Does anyone recommend a certain make or model? I have a blackberry. Thanks.

I don't like my bluetooth. It is made by Jabra. The sound quality is not great and there is often static. I'm looking for a better one because I have to talk in the car.

I had a cheap motorola bluetooth that worked well, but it wasn't put together real well so it fell apart before too long. I also bought a Jabra for my dad for Christmas. We ended up taking it back because it never charged. I've decided that a bluetooth is something to pay a little money for. It's gonna be worth it.

I can't imagine not having a Bluetooth. I've had the same Plantronics 320 for about 3 years. Works like a charm and more reliable than the Motorola phone I use it with. It holds a charge longer than my cell phone. Wired headphones are ok, but the wire always gets in the way, especially getting in and out of a car. With a Bluetooth you can walk around looking like an insane person talking to yourself.

I always think people look so funny when they are talking to themselves on Bluetooth. From the crazy homeless guy on the corner to the guy walking up to his Jag, everyone is just chatting away to an invisible person!

I notice people that leave them now all the time (men especially).  They walk around and talk to people with the earpiece clipped on.  It bugs me...they look like star trekkers.

Hahah LOL!  Totally!  You're right, it is only men that do it!  Women know it makes them look dumb so they take them off when they're done talking.  Hope you are reading this men of SalesHQ!!!  Take off the earpiece!  You look like an alien!

I am out of the loop. I use a cell phone.I do not use it when I am with clients,it is in my vehicle. I wil never pull the cell phone out while I am with a client. My focus is on the client I am with.

I am in the 20th century as far as any headset. I use the speaker.

I HATE THOSE STUPID THINGS PEOPLE PUT ON THEIR HEADS  - THEY LOOK LIKE ORBS.....THEY LOOK RIDICULOUS...

My CAR is bluetooth though so everything is hands free- just put in the cupholder and when the phone rings the radio shuts off and it shows me who's calling on the dash,,THis is one of my favorite parts.

No headset for me though - I think they are stupid.

A lot of states are making it illegal to use a cell phone while driving unless it is hands-free. The bluetooth headsets are neat because you can answer a call by one quick press of a button, or set your phone to automatically pick up after a couple of rings. But I am with Rich... Leave the thing in your car.

I am a big believer in keeping it brief on the phone. It usually only takes a moment or two to say what you gotta say. Thes people who walk around all day with a phone (bluetooth or not) stuck to the side of their face are missing out on a whole beautiful reality that is right in front of them. "It is your world- interact with it!"
