| Posted 4 months ago Someone who has confidence and knows how to overcome objections. Someone who takes the time to discuss objections and who shows that they understand why the objection was brought up. Someone who can help the client overcome the objection.
Someone who can ask for contract and PAYMENT. Sometimes it is hard for people to ask for the money but you have to. HarrietAlison

| Posted 4 months ago Closer's are confident, driven, think well on their feet, and go after the qualified leads that are more likely to convert. |

| Posted 4 months ago In my experience its someone who doesn't HAVE TO CLOSE but KNOWS that they're GOING TO CLOSE. It's more improtant to position yourself in front of the right prospects than anything else. |

But then you need to LISTEN AGAIN........ |

| Posted 3 months ago iam...agree last part there...well the whole part. I think if you do a good job on the call basically just start writing up the contract. assuming the sale...and getting the autograph. |

| Posted about 1 month ago WHAT DEFINES A CLOSER???? The customer is......................Duh --- who signs the order. Info said it best. If you do your work right - there is no need for tacky closes........If you use them your customer doesn't think your slick. - They think your an idiot. Do whats right - Do the best you can do; and be better today than you were yesterday!!!!!!!!!!! |

| Posted about 1 month ago yep. the best closer is the customer closing themselves. However, I do think their is a bit of an art to it on the salespersons end. The more you close sales the easier it gets.. That's what I have found anyways :-) |

| Posted about 1 month ago Hi win. long time no see how have you been?
The client authorization is the middle portion of the sale. The sales technician must drive the want ,need ,use and afford in order to have the client sign. Then the installation of the product. then the service after the sale.A great closer will drive the want ,need, use and afford then collect .To many in the sales process never make sure the bill has been paid.It is not closed until final payment has been received. I think the worst close happens to be when the client says well I need it done and you are here. They made the close ,was it a good close? No relationship no loyalty was built but a sale made.
