Succed at small goals first.

When trying to reach a goal very large, you can get frustrated if you set goals too high don't reach them. While you still want big goals you want to make your goals reachable so you can see the success. If you don't see success for long enough most people don't have it in them to keep on going. With 95% of people in sales failing something somewhere is missing. I believe if we have achievable goals, we are more likely to stick in till we see our big goals come true.
