You must have posture, not arrogance for someone to want to deal with you. Confidence in your product is crucial. Most consumers can smell your fear. Lead them where you want thm to go and they will follow, take care of them right and you will never be able to get rid of them. That is a good problem to have: referrals, repeat business, loyalty.

Always send thank you cards, try to remember birthdays by storing hem in your phone, send a text it will blow their mind

    I think the personal touch is important. It lets the client know you truly care about them and that you care enough to remember details about their life. They need and want to feel important.
