#2 Close
#3 Write
Now most of you are more then likely thinking this guy is nuts, but hear me out. Qualifying is closing, Answering questions or removing objections through product presentation is closing, Never be affraid to ask for the SALE ! Over & Over & Over Again and once you get a Yes,
" SHUT UP AND WRITE "

This is certinly this simple view and it's exactly what the boss wants to hear. The client however wants to hear HOW you are going to "promise and deliver", secure and "maintain" business to mutual benefit.
